In this context, the Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry, has formulated a New Industrial Policy aiming to re-launch of the Cypriot economy through the promotion and strengthening of industrial production and investment, as part of the strategic framework for a sustainable economic growth model, based on the regeneration of existing industrial sectors and the development of new sectors and technologies through the promotion of research, technological development and innovation.
